Born in France, I have made Napa my home for the last 10 years. While my services have been requested by local Health clubs, I specialize in highly personalized training.

Whether a small class or one to one, my focus is on providing thorough and safe yoga experience. I incorporate breathing, relaxation and quieting of the mind.

My education was very extensive. I trained at the internationally known Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, located In Grass Valley, CA . The center provides rigorous instruction through a lineage of Monks. As a result of living at the ashram for a full 31 days, training for 18 hours per day, I acquired the knowledge to share with my students the 5 principles of Yoga :
